Scott Rademacher

Scott brings more than 20 years of both formal and informal teaching experience to his role of Account Manager. A fun outlook, a deep care for those he is working with, and an attention to detail make an ideal concoction for taking care of his clients and ensuring the job is done right. Years of experience in fields such as commercial fishing, baking, construction, and landscaping provides unique insight into the H-2B arena.

Scott has been married for 22 years to his wife Deb and has 2 beautiful daughters. His oldest just graduated from high school and is headed to Whitworth to pursue a career in biomedical engineering while the other is a junior at Northwest Christian HS near Spokane, WA. Kaya, their 6 year old Bernese Mtn Dog rounds off the family. As natives to the Pacific NW, they love traveling & adventuring together while Scott loves sports of all sorts from crew, kayaking, rock climbing, and windsurfing to kiteboarding, skiing, hiking, and paddle boarding.
