Jessica Allen

essica joined LCI’s H-2A team after 15 years in retail, where she gained experience in roles ranging from cashiering to strategic planning. Her attention to detail and strong work ethic help ensure each step in the process is completed with care and diligence.

Jess and her husband Derek eloped in 2019 at the Taco Bell Cantina in Las Vegas (1000% recommend – it was a Baja Blast!) Together they live in beautiful North Idaho with their three cats and bearded dragon. A diehard Seattle Mariners fan, she catches a game whenever she is able and eagerly anticipates a World Series appearance! Jess loves the color green, pop punk music, staying up late, and spending time with her family. You can often find her at the movie theater or a concert.
