Your Case Manager remains your primary point of contact.
• Clients who previously worked with Taylor will be assigned a new Case Manager.
• Clients who worked with Lesli will see her move into a new Client Relations role, where she’ll continue to play an active and accessible part in your service experience.

Updated Contact Information
We’re transitioning to new LCI email addresses and phone numbers. Your Case Manager will share their updated contact details, but your current Southern Impact information will remain active during this transition.

Billing Updates
All future invoices will reflect the LCI name. If there are any changes to payment procedures, you’ll receive clear and timely instructions well in advance.

Pricing Transparency
A modest price adjustment may occur in the coming months to align with expanded service offerings and current market rates. We’ll communicate all updates clearly to ensure a smooth and transparent transition.
