9:00 AM – 9:30 AM — Cap Relief Projections for FY27. Discuss the timing of FY27 visa releases and how this could affect employers. A readout on projections compiled by LCI and SEA.

This session provides an overview of key H‑2B compliance requirements, with a focus on forestry, hospitality, and other seasonal non‑agricultural industries. It covers wage and hour requirements, recruitment, documentation, and audit readiness, with a brief comparison to H‑2A. The goal is to help employers stay compliant, meet requirements, avoid violations, and remain prepared for audits.
