LCI's 2026 Conference Recap

Relationship begins with a handshake, an email, a simple phone call. For us, it is the foundation on which we build and structure how we operate. What better way to build than to bring individuals into a room to collectively share ideas, ask questions, and ignite relationships between folks that light fires and stoke passions for collaborative problem solving and business growth.

We held our conference in our beautiful hometown, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho on September 16th-18th. Offering our clients beautiful lakefront views and priceless knowledge within the context of the H-2B program.

Many topics were discussed, from compliance within the H-2B program and from an OSHA standpoint, audit preparation, consular procedures, and new resources that are becoming available to our clients such as the fintech company, Yepzy, who are offering payroll and banking tools to them and their foreign employees.

Gray Delany of SEA also offered invaluable insight and projections as we enter the new fiscal year’s political landscape.

We at LCI announced new resources for our clients to make everyday life as a business owner or operator easier. 

A huge thank you to all of our speakers this year, Gray Delany, Matthew Solomon Dotti Kiser, Mathew McCartney, Chris Schulte, and Said Silwany. Every one of them brought something genuinely useful into that room, and we're grateful they gave us their time.
