H-2B Non-Agricultural Programs
Allows employers, who have been unable to hire qualified US workers, to employ foreign workers.
Through this US Government structured program the employer is eligible to hire foreign workers for temporary nonagricultural positions such as construction, landscaping, reforestation, and many other nonagricultural industries.
