H-2A Programs for Agriculture
Allows agriculture employers who have been unable to hire qualified US workers, to employ foreign workers.
Through this US Government structured program the employer is eligible to hire foreign workers for temporary agricultural positions. Continuous employment must be less than one year (Usually not to exceed 10 months). Click on the link below to view a detailed description of the H-2A program and see if you qualify.
